GLOW365 REFUND POLICY

30-days Return Policy 

Glow365 believes in our Products, and we want you to have the best experience and results, so we offer a 30-day money back guarantee (excluding shipping) if you are not happy with your purchase. To qualify for a refund, you must return the product in a new or gently used condition within 30 days from the shipment date. Your return must include your name and order number and the package must be postmarked 30 days from the original shipment date.  Incomplete returns and completely used products are NOT eligible for a refund. Once the return order has been received and inspected, we will email return instructions and mailing information.  Refunds will ONLY be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt, excluding a $7.00 fee for return handling.  All shipping fees are non-refundable. 

The first order of any subscription is returnable/refundable per the above policy.  However, since you can change, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time before the shipment date, subscription products cannot be returned.  For help with your subscription please email us at info@glows365.com.

Missing Items

We understand receiving your Products on time and in good condition is important to you.  We try our best to pack and ship your order on time and in the best condition. However, if the unforeseen happens, please contact our Customer Services Squad and we will get the missing Products to you immediately. To ensure a smooth process please email us at info@glows365.com and include your order number in the subject line.

Fraud and Abuse

In the event we suspect fraudulent claims in respect of our money back guarantee we have the right to withhold any refunds until such time as you can prove that the refund claim is authentic. If we suspect our refund guarantee is being abused, i.e multiple separate claims have been made, we then have the right to withhold any refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all of the information, items, and quantities are correct.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase*, including shipping and handling charges.

 

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please examine the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the product in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us at info@glows365.com.  We are not responsible for any lost, or stolen items due to shipping. We implore you to use a delivery service that offers shipment tracking for all returns.
