Subscription Terms and Conditions

Glow365 products can be purchased at discounted rates through our subscription program. Products will ship every 30-days, 60-days or 90-days.  You may change, reschedule, or cancel a subscription at any time. To make changes to your subscription please email us at info@glow365.com.  By completing a subscription, you agree to the Subscription Terms & Conditions.  You will be billed on schedule once every (30days) and you authorize charges to your card for each shipment as described above. State sales tax may apply.

Return Policy 

Glow365 believes in our Products, and we want you to have the best experience and results, so we offer a 30-day money back guarantee (excluding shipping) if you are not happy with your purchase. To qualify for a refund, you must return the product in a new or gently used condition within 30 days from the shipment date. Your return must include your name and order number and the package must be postmarked 30 days from the original shipment date.  Incomplete returns and completely used products are NOT eligible for a refund. Once the return order has been received and inspected, we will email return instructions and mailing information.  Refunds will ONLY be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt, excluding a $7.00 fee for return handling.  All shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products during shipping. We implore you to use a delivery service that offers shipment tracking for all returns.

Product and service payment are always due upfront, as soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged.  We accept most major credit cards; credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
